• Develop & implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs

• Conduct induction, engagement, and exit formalities

Administration

• Manage office infrastructure, supplies, utilities, and facilities

• Oversee general upkeep, maintenance, and IT coordination

• Maintain documentation and filing (digital and hard copies)

Vendor & Operations Coordination

• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for services and procurement

• Handle purchase orders, billing, and service-level monitoring

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth internal workflows

• Maintain inventory records for office and operations supplies

Accounts Support

• Coordinate with finance team or external CA for invoice processing

• Basic record-keeping of bills, employee reimbursements, petty cash

• Help with monthly expense tracking and financial reports as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Admin, or related field

• Proven experience in HR & Admin roles (startup exposure preferred)

• Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and compliance frameworks

• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership
